Dust Management

Removal of powder from the workpiece is critical to the longevity of tooling.

So our best suggestions are:

· Always ensure the setting on your valve is at the green zone as shown in Figure 1

· Always ensure to change the filter bag. The type of filter bag you need is shown at the reverse side of the Extractor’s door (refer to the yellow stickers in Figure 2).

· Always ensure to change the HEPA filter as well. Do not forget about this filter! The type of HEPA filter you need is also shown in Figure 2.

· The frequency of changing the filter bag and HEPA filter would depend on the amount of work done. Just keep an eye on this.
